Account Manager/Estimator

Night Owl National Contractors is currently seeking an experienced Account Manager/Estimator to join our Sales and Estimation Department in our Greenville, SC office. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding social and communication skills to increase sales, along with a strong understanding of exterior and interior renovation processes. They must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities:

• Identify construction decision-makers and leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Build positive relationships with existing customers and generate new leads.
• Apply construction knowledge to assist clients in decision-making and developing scopes of work.
• Review field notes and photos to determine an accurate scope of work, create proposals with written scope and cost estimates, and perform material quantity take-offs.
• Communicate with trade partners to determine labor costs and review proposals with the Account Management team.
• Represent the company at industry events and participate in sales meetings.
• Act as a client representative and liaison, managing client expectations and resolving any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the multifamily or residential construction industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Knowledge of Builder’s Trend and Mondays.com is a plus.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable serving as a client representative and liaison.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
